Terms and conditions

The products offered on the website comply with Italian regulations regarding the legal warranty of conformity, specifically Articles 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code. Saveone Srl guarantees consumer protection for any conformity defects that occur within two years of delivery of the product.

Conditions for Conformity

A product is considered conforming if:

  • It has the usual characteristics of goods of the same type.
  • It matches the description provided by the seller and possesses qualities presented through samples or models.
  • It meets the reasonable expectations of the consumer based on the nature of the goods and statements made by the seller, manufacturer, or representatives (e.g., labeling, advertising).
  • It is suitable for the specific use requested by the consumer and communicated to the seller at the time of purchase.

Exclusions from Warranty

The following are not considered conformity defects:

  • Personal preferences regarding comfort when wearing the product.
  • Damage caused by cuts, burns, liquids, or normal wear and tear.
  • Loss of buttons or zipper breakage due to improper use.

Consumer’s Obligations

The consumer must report the conformity defect within two months of discovering it, by sending written communication to:

The consumer must provide proof of purchase (invoice, bank statement, or other documents that verify the purchase and delivery date).

Actions Provided

In the case of a conformity defect, the buyer is entitled, at no additional cost, to:

  • Repair or replacement of the goods.
  • A price reduction or contract resolution if:
    • Repair and replacement are impossible or excessively costly.
    • The defect has not been resolved within a reasonable time frame (7 working days for Saveone Srl’s response).
    • Repair or replacement causes significant inconvenience to the consumer.

Procedure

Saveone Srl will respond to the request within 7 working days, specifying:

  • Acceptance of the request and the method for repair, replacement, or return.
  • Any reasons for denial.
    If accepted, the shipping or return costs for the defective product will be borne by the company (only in Italy).
    In the event of contract resolution, Saveone Srl will issue a full refund, based on the consumer’s instructions on how to proceed.

This policy ensures transparency and compliance with regulations, offering full support to the consumer in case of issues with purchased products.
