Modifications and Refunds
We are confident that your bespoke garment will be perfect. However, if adjustments are needed, we offer a dedicated after-sales service to ensure a flawless fit.
Reporting and Timelines
Reports regarding fit issues, imperfections, or problems must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the garment or when it is available for pickup in the store.
After this period, any modifications will be at the customer’s expense.
Tailoring Adjustments
If your garment requires minor adjustments:
Options: You can visit one of our Saveone Stores or your trusted tailor.
Refunds: We will reimburse up to €75 or 200% of the modification cost in the form of a voucher for future purchases.
How to proceed:
- Trusted Tailor or Saveone Stores: Visit a Saveone store (by appointment) or your trusted tailor.
- Tailoring Adjustment Form: Download and print the form for the garment to be modified (e.g., Jacket, Pants, Shirt).
- Provide the form to the tailor to note the necessary adjustments.
- Submit Documentation: Send the completed form and a photo or scan of the receipt to bespoke@saveone.it.
You will receive:
- A voucher for 200% of the amount spent on tailoring adjustments to use on our website.
- Alternatively, a direct refund for the expenses incurred.
Refund Conditions
- Timelines: Submit the request within 30 days of receiving the garment.
- Refund Method: Within 7 working days, we will use the same payment method as the purchase (Credit Card, PayPal). For payments via bank transfer or POS, bank details are required.
- Refund Limits:
- Suit: €75 / 75 CHF / 100$ / 60£
- Jacket: €50 / 50 CHF / 65$ / 40£
- Pants, Vest, Shirt, Polo: €35 / 35 CHF / 45$ / 30£
- Coat: €75 / 75 CHF / 100$ / 60£
For modifications made at Saveone Stores, any requests for further adjustments must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the modified garment. After this period, costs will be borne by the customer.
Free Repackaging
If your tailor believes the necessary modifications exceed what is outlined in the form, we offer free repackaging.
Repackaging Procedure
- Send at least three photos (front, back, side) showing the fit issue.
- Specify the requested changes in cm/inches using the repair form as a reference.
- Follow the instructions provided by our customer service for the garment pickup.
Conditions
- Request must be submitted within 30 days of order shipment.
- Shipping within the Eurozone is free, while outside the Eurozone, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the original fabric is unavailable, you will need to choose an alternative fabric within the same price range.
- Repackaging is guaranteed only for the first garment produced of each type.
Returns and Cancellations
If the garment does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund by following our return procedure.
Return Procedure
- Download the return form: send it to bespoke@saveone.it with three photos (front, back, side) showing the defect.
- Packaging: Return the garment in its original packaging, including the receipt or order confirmation email.
- Shipping: Use a trackable shipping method; shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Conditions
- Request must be submitted within 30 days of order shipment.
- The garment must be unused and unmodified.
- Promotions: If the purchase includes multiple items, all items must be returned for a full refund.
- The refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the return.
