Definition and Subject of the Contract
1.1 This contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”), which is a distance contract, is governed by Article 50 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (“Consumer Code”). The subject of the Contract is the sale of movable goods between the company Saveone S.r.l., located at Via Biagio Pentroncelli 226, VAT number 14808891007, “Saveone”, and the consumer, “Customer”. The Contract is deemed concluded when Saveone accepts a purchase proposal made by the Customer, via phone or through the website www.saveonebespoke.com (“Site”) and/or other distance sales channels provided by Saveone, as described in Article 3 below.
1.2 These general terms and conditions of sale (“General Conditions”) and, in particular, the information provided in Article 59 of the Consumer Code, provided by Saveone during the purchase process, both over the phone and via the Site, will remain valid and effective until modified or supplemented by Saveone. Any changes will become effective from the date they are publicly communicated and will apply to purchases made from that date. The latest updated version of the General Conditions is always available on the Site.
Prices
2.1 The sale prices of the products displayed during the sale, on the Site, and/or through any other distance sales channels of Saveone, are inclusive of VAT and/or any other applicable taxes. Shipping costs are indicated during the purchase process, on the Site and/or through other sales channels of Saveone.
2.2 The prices of products are inclusive of VAT and all applicable taxes. At the end of the purchase process, a shipping fee may be added based on the address provided by the Customer.
Purchase and Payment Methods
3.1 The Contract is considered finalized upon payment, when Saveone sends the order confirmation to the Customer.
3.2 The Customer has 24 hours to withdraw from the Contract and obtain a full refund, without penalty and without the need to justify the decision. After this period, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order, as the process of processing and producing the custom-made garment will have begun.
3.3 The Customer can choose from the following payment methods: credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods indicated from time to time by Saveone through the Site or other sales channels. No fees will be applied to the payment methods chosen.
3.4 If the Customer purchases more than one item of the same category for the first time, Saveone will initially produce only one item (with the Customer’s agreement) to check the fit. Once the fit is confirmed, Saveone will proceed with the production of the remaining items.
3.5 It is prohibited to create multiple profiles for a single individual and/or for the same set of anatomical measurements. Profiles that do not comply with this rule will be suspended, and withdrawal/refund rights for orders placed through irregular profiles will be canceled. If discount codes have been used on irregular profiles, payment for the corresponding discount amount will be required. If payment is not made, the order will not be shipped.
Product Delivery – Claims
4.1 The time required for the production of the custom garment will be communicated at the time of product selection. Saveone commits to delivering products to the address provided by the Customer within 35 days of the conclusion of the Contract*. During the garment production process, the Customer can track the order progress through their account on the Site (Account – Orders).
Shipping times may vary depending on the payment method and confirmation of anatomical measurements. During national holidays, there may be delays due to the closure of factories. Any changes to delivery times will be communicated via email.
4.2 Once the product is shipped, the Customer will receive an email containing the tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
4.3 If the Customer does not receive the product or if there are uncommunicated delays, they can follow the instructions in the “Shipping” section or contact Customer Service through the channels indicated in the “Contact Us” section.
4.4 Each Saveone product is made using a non-industrial production process. Therefore, a tolerance of 1 cm variation in garment measurements compared to reference patterns is allowed.
4.5 Saveone strives to provide realistic images of its products; however, due to different device settings and digital image rendering, the online representation may not be fully accurate to reality. By purchasing, the Customer agrees that there may be minor discrepancies.

Customer Obligations
5.1 The Customer declares and guarantees: (i) to be a consumer under Article 3 of the Consumer Code; (ii) to be of legal age; (iii) that the data provided for the execution of the Contract is correct and truthful.
Right of Withdrawal
6.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract without penalty and without justification within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Saveone by phone or email of their intention to withdraw. Once the custom garment production process has begun, it cannot be stopped.
6.2 Under Article 59, paragraph 2, of the Consumer Code, the Customer does not have the right of withdrawal for custom-made or personalized products.
Saveone offers the possibility to return the amount spent, upon return of the product within 30 days of shipment, in case the garment has structural defects, fit issues, or cannot be modified. The conditions are specified in the “Returns and Refunds” section.
To return a product, the Customer must follow these steps:
- Download and complete the refund request form available in the “Modifications and Refunds” section and send it via email to bespoke@saveone.it or by registered mail to the indicated address, attaching 3 photos of the garment worn (front, side, back) to document the defect.
- The complaint will be reviewed by Saveone’s experts, who will notify the Customer of the approval.
- The product to be returned must be packed in its original packaging and sent at the Customer’s expense using a trackable shipping method to: Saveone S.r.l., Via Alberico Albricci 9, Milan (20122).
- The refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the product, using the same payment method used for the purchase, if possible (Credit Card, PayPal). If not possible, the Customer must provide their bank details in the return form to receive the refund.
6.3 Products returned without following the procedure described will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender without a refund.
6.4 The returned product must be intact, unused, and complete with all original packaging and accessories, along with the approved return form.
6.5 If the above conditions are met, the buyer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount spent, excluding shipping costs. Coupons or discount vouchers used for the purchase will be replaced with new coupons or discount vouchers for future purchases. If the order was part of a promotion, the Customer must return all items to receive a full refund.
Jurisdiction
7.1 The Contract is governed by Italian law.
7.2 Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation, and violation of the Contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in the Customer’s place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy, or the Court of Milan, if the Customer resides or is domiciled abroad.
