For custom and made-to-measure orders, Article 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code (“Exceptions to the right of withdrawal”) applies, in derogation of Articles 52 to 58 of the same Code.
However, Saveone Srl allows for the withdrawal from the contract if the item presents structural imperfections, fit issues, or if modifications are not possible. In these cases, Saveone Srl will refund the amount paid, provided that the conditions indicated in the “Returns and Refunds” section are met.
To proceed with the return, the items must be unused and undamaged. Saveone Srl reserves the right to refuse the refund if the item shows signs of use or damage, or if it has been modified in any way.
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Download and fill out the return request form from the “Modifications and Refunds” section.
- Send the completed form via email to support@saveone.it or via registered mail to our address, attaching 3 photos of the item worn (front, side, and back), so that the defect is clearly visible.
- The claim will be reviewed by the Saveone team, who will notify the customer of the approval.
- The item to be returned must be shipped back in its original packaging, along with the approved return form, using a traceable shipping method to:
Saveone Srl, via Alberico Albricci 9, 20122 Milan. - The refund will be processed within 7 working days from receipt of the item, using the same payment method used for the purchase (if possible, for example, Credit Card or PayPal). If this is not possible, the customer must provide bank details in the return form to receive the refund.
- Shipments that do not meet the above conditions will be returned to the sender without any refund.
Additional Information:
- The returned item must be intact (unused, complete with packaging and original accessories) and accompanied by the approved return form.
- For international returns, please declare the contents as “Return,” indicating the price paid for the purchase. All shipping and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- If all conditions are met, the customer is entitled to a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Coupons or discount vouchers used will be replaced with new coupons or discount vouchers for future purchases.
- If the order was part of a promotion, all items purchased must be returned to receive a full refund. Items not returned will be charged at full market value.
- Returns will only be accepted after prior communication via email to bespoke@saveone.it or registered mail.
