Providing additional data, other than mandatory data, for the fulfillment of legal or contractual obligations or for the provision of specific services upon request is optional and does not affect the use of the website and its services or the purchase of products.
Depending on the case and, if necessary, you will be informed accordingly of the mandatory or optional nature of providing your personal data to the Data Controller. The mandatory or optional nature of providing your data will be highlighted by a notice (“fill in this field”) or a specific (*) symbol next to the mandatory information or only data required for providing services and purchasing products on the Site. Please note that failure to provide optional personal data will not impose any obligation or disadvantage for our users.
- Transfer of Data Outside the EU
Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union that do not provide adequate protection for individuals. If this is necessary to provide requested services (e.g., for processing activities that may be outsourced to non-EU suppliers) or to conclude a contract for purchasing products, we ensure that the transfer of personal data to non-EU countries with inadequate protection will only occur following the conclusion of specific contracts containing safeguard clauses and appropriate guarantees for the protection of personal data (e.g., standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission) or in the presence of another requirement in compliance with applicable Italian and European regulations.

- Who We Share Your Personal Data With
For organizational and functional purposes and for purposes strictly related to the provision of our services (including product sales), your personal data may be made available to third-party companies contractually linked to the Data Controller, who perform specific services as Data Processors (e.g., couriers or companies providing marketing services). Your personal data will not be communicated, transferred, or disclosed to third parties for purposes not permitted by law or without your explicit consent. Besides the companies acting as data processors, personal data is also made available to third parties (independent data controllers) who process the data autonomously solely to execute the product purchase contract on the Site and for ancillary purposes related to the provision of requested services (e.g., for transactions related to purchases, credit institutions for processing remote electronic payments via credit/debit cards).

For commercial purposes, the details of identifiable users’ purchases will be retained for 12 months (from the date of data acquisition) for targeted commercial communications (profiling) and for 24 months for direct marketing activities.
